By using Zaplink ("the service"), operated by Earning Network, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Zaplink to shorten or distribute links to:

• Adult, sexual, or pornographic content.
• Malware, phishing, scams, or other malicious content.
• Illegal content, piracy, or content that infringes others' rights.
• Content that violates the policies of our advertising partners.

We may remove links and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Rewards

Signed-in earners may receive rewards for valid clicks on their links. We determine what counts as a valid click and may withhold or reverse rewards generated through fraud, bots, automated traffic, or abuse. Rewards and payout terms are governed by the Earning Network ecosystem.

Advertising

The service displays third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of those ads or the sites they link to.

Availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. Links may expire after a set period.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or from destination websites.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the current version.
